Room with simple furniture: student desk, chair, bed.
Washroom with shower.
In addition: very nice house owner; free picking up from the airport.
Rent: $350/month (lower level), $400/month (upper level). heat, water, hydro, laundry, and high-speed Internet are all included. Or $1400/month (exclude utilities) for the whole house (about 200 square metres living area, four bedrooms, two washrooms).
Quiet, tidy, responsible students with good personality are preferred. No pet, No smoke.
