DUTIES: Reporting to the Executive Director, the Human Resources Manager will be a key leader in creating a positive and productive work environment for ANCR staff to achieve success. This will be achieved through effective collaboration and communication with all staff as well as through the development of human resource strategies, policies and plans in a manner that is consistent with strategic directions, collective agreements and accepted practices at ANCR. Approximately 150 employees are represented by the Manitoba Government employees Union and another 350 represented by CUPE Local - 2153 are anticipated to be transferred to ANCR
QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates should possess strong collaboration skills with demonstrated leadership ability and extensive progressive experience in a human resource management and labour relations role. Familiarity with a Child and Family Services environment with a Degree in Business or Human Resource is preferred, however extensive related work experience will be considered.
