We are looking for dynamic person who enjoys working with people, who is detail orientated and can work well under pressure for an on-site Resident Manager position.
The Manager is responible for the day-to-day administration for a group of small walk-up buildings all located in the area between Great West Life and Westminster. All buildings have been recently renovated.
Duties include rent collection, leasing, condition in and out reports and tenant relations. Managers are required to be on-call. Some cleaning and snow removal will be required.
One bedroom suite and salary in exchange.
