Administration Assistant 行政助理
Working Location: Winnipeg, MB Responsibilities:
· Setup schedule with clients for business exploratory trip, including visit local businesses, living environment, schools ect;
· Serves as liaison between the customer and various departments;
· Follow up with clients periodically;
· Perform daily office work;
· Knowledgeable of customer service inclusive of hotel reservations, ground transportation, information on local attractions and activities, and other information that provides valuable service to our customers; Requirement:
· Team player with good driving record;
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both English and Chinese;
· Hands on experience with MS Office software;
· Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administrative or Commerce;
