医生在加旅游时讲大尺度儿童性侵细节 竟被判无罪

2018年10月，Murray在加拿大爱德华王子岛度假。



在乘飞机的时候，两人相互发信息，结果，一名乘客瞟见Murray的信息非常不一般。

就在Murray的手机里还保留着一个900字的故事，讲述的是一位继父性侵两名女儿，在11岁女儿生日派对上，灌醉女儿进而性侵。

随后，警方搜查了两人的家，<strong style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color:transparent; box-sizing:border-box; font-weight:700">在Murray家发现了两个少女的裸露照，在Constant家里发现了一个iPhone和一个iPad。

Murray和Constant承认在2017年10月至2018年5月期间制作儿童性侵材料，Murray还承认2018年11月持有儿童性侵材料，并且在2019年在国外仍在制作。

Murray的律师指出，Murray从小生活在一个暴力家庭，有一个自恋型母亲，继父也曾参与。Murray在2010年被确诊患有双相障碍(BipolarDisorder)。
