省提名 新语言要求 问题

今天偶然间发现MPNP 突然间改了对于留学生移民的语言要求。

本人曼大毕业，工作的NOC CODE是 217 属于A类， 于2012年11月22日 递交的MPNP International Student Stream. 但是当时没有对A或B类要雅思成绩，只是对C或D类要的。所以我想请问一下，我这样还是需要补交雅思成绩吗？
PS：并且上面有说 “except those currently employed in Manitoba”.
