Yes, a nice, clean, comfortable, convenient, and safe place to live at St.vital. I am look forward to sharing the 2 bed rooms apartment with you. I am by myself, 1 roommate is needed, long tern is preferred. Ready for move in any time.
The suite is on 3rd floor, nice view, fresh air, a lots sunshine, greenway. Very convenience location, close by St. Vital Centre, Superstore, Wal-Mart, Sobeys, Family Food, you will get everything you need near by at this spot.... Bus route: 55 (beside the apartment), 16, 51, 58, 75......
Rent including water, electricity. Free parking on public street, reserve parking with plug in $40/month. Kitchen appliances are included, other furnitures are not. Internet cost may be shared.
