我目前在一游泳俱乐部当救生員 。我的强项是中短距离的自由泳，仰泳和混合泳。 多年来的自身训练和教学经验，并结合中西方教育理念，我总结了一套独特的教学方法，帮助孩子可以很好的掌握动作要领，短时间内取得良好的学习效果。很多怕水的孩子，有学习障碍的孩子，以及不少在学习中遇到难点停滞不前的学生，在经过我一段i时间的训练后，都成功达到了预期的目标，受到家长的无保留的称赞。因此我 充分体会到作为游泳教练的成就感和满足感，近而定下目标努力把这份工作做到极致。 招收的学生从幼儿到成人，学习地点可在公共游泳池或您的私人游泳池。 My qualifications are ：
