找个律师问一下就可以了拉。<br />在这里出生的小孩都算加拿大人的。有不少小孩子是带回国养。<br /><br />但是如果把小孩子带回国养的话，就不亲了。到时候小孩子心里根本没有父母这个概念。<br />

为啥转到这里?这里只会跑题啊....

Ask for help and suggestions:<br /><br />I have a couple of Chinese friends who had a Baby (3 months old) born in Canada during the period of visiting Canada. They are planning to go back to China and not sure how to deal with the baby with Canadian Citizenship. As far as we know, the baby has to apply for a Canadian passport and get a visa from Chinese embassy. But my friends do not know how long the baby can stay in China and what kind of procedures shall be in place without losing Canadian citizenship. My friends have a daughter already in China and the baby is the second one. They want to bring the baby back to China and raise the child up to an adult in China. Any one of you has been dealt with this type of situation and any policy of Chinese government has to prevent the baby back to China? It will be greatly appreciated if you know how to deal with it or where I can get accurate information.
