Julian Ceramic Tile is a distributor of Porcelain Tile & Natural Stone
We are looking to fill a Customer Service position in our Showroom
The position would encompass assisting clients in the showroom with tile selections, working with Installers, Designers, Retail Stores and Home Builders, performing stock checks, answering telephones, faxing, and basic office duties. Some order desk and various other tasks may also be included as required.
Experience with design will give you a decided advantage
Excellent written and oral communication; proper phone etiquette and the ability to interact with both potential and existing customers is required
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task during high pressure/stressful situations
Must be a fast learner and have strong work ethic
Must be professional & presentable in an office/showroom environment
Other soft skills required: patience, teamwork ability, detail oriented, ability to take initiative
The position can be physically demanding with moving displays and/or organizing samples in the showroom.
This is a Permanent Part Time position with the hours to be determined. We are willing to work with the right candidate to work out a schedule. Some Saturdays would be required.
