What Will You Do?
Receive and answer enquiries in person and on the phone in English and/or French
Receive and send out mail as needed
Faxing, filing, use of MS Word and Excel skills to produce letters and labels in both official languages
Greet Clients in both official Languages; make them comfortable while they wait
Must Haves:
Fluent in both languages, written and spoken
6 months to 1 year experience in an office environment
Experience with multi line phone systems and switchboards
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to multi task
